
The building is in a walkable location two blocks east of the CBD’s ‘main and main’ intersection with convenient access to mass transit / light rail and unobstructed views of the Wasatch Mountains. Built in 1984, it includes a freestanding 568-stall parking garage and a 28 space surface lot.


They’re both well-kept facilities located in the heart of the city: Premier entered the SLC market after being awarded the management contract for two locations, both consisting of a garage and surface lot. All jokes aside, with the expansion into the new market, Premier strives to offer a seamless parking experience for the residents and visitors of the Salt Lake City area.

On August 30, 2019, Premier Parking officially became an operator in the Salt Lake City market! As one of the youngest operators in the parking industry, Premier will integrate well into the new market known for having one of the youngest populations in the U.S.
